XP (Extreme Programming)
Extreme Programming (XP) is one of many agile development processes; it promotes collaborative self-organizing teams that are highly productive.
Whilst we predominantly follow SCRUM methodology we draw on elements of XP, like pair programming. Working together, sharing experience and problem solving together we reach a better outcome.Pair programming means two developers work together at a single computer, problem solving, knowledge sharing, peer reviewing. Challenging each other to derive a better outcome. Pair programming increases co-operation, productivity and the quality of the underlying software.
